• Managing Access Control system and issuance of Access control cards • Provide Ticketing and Travel Support • Vendor Engagement and Procurement Process • Maintaining petty cash register • Oversee Cafeteria Services • Coordinate all STPI related issues pertaining to asset import , re-warehousing • Preparation of MIS , track monthly expense recording , benchmarking reports and Admin Record Management
