Validate the designs with internal team by carrying out Design Analysis. Comparing with benchmarking & review Initial Control ,TPM program to deliver product/process as per required specifications IN ORDER TO deliver a machine design which would match the customer requirement . Exploring machine feasibility against required specification with Design calculation, process standards. Prepare assmebly and part design and drafting. Ensuring product design ,drawings are released in confirmity with technical specification and design standards. Generation of BOM. Cost reduction - Costing of the parts & equipments, optimizing the designs, manufacturing process ,impart value addition by lean manufacturing techniques. Designing & preparing plant/equipment layouts . Sourcing -To conduct audits / vendor development for competitive sourcing of parts or equipments. Inspection at vendor end to ensure sustained quality standards. Quality Management -To implementation of Initial Control activity in the design stage of the Equipments ,Process . Preparing DFMEA / PFMEA for the Equipment Process. Safety Of Manpower:- Monitor & implement SOP\'s for safety so as to build safe working environment by ensuring adherence to safety norms. Manpower Development : Organize CFT & discuss issues pertaining to project under implementation.Conduct internal training within the department. Plant Support : To coordinate with the customers and identify / prepare process/equipment gaps & implement solutions.
