Will be expected to travel extensively (around 40% of the time) in India and abroad Key Responsibilities: Leads the Marketing & Business Development team in tendering and estimation Provides inputs in selection of tenders Coordinate with design team to finalize the design and methodology to be adopted for construction Verify and finalize the inputs on the type and quality of material, equipments to be employed. Choose suitable supplier for the tenders Supervise the work of estimation Supervise preparation of Bid document as per the specifications of the client and ensure timely submission of the bid document Study the market trends, competitor pricing, latest technologies, political and social developments of various geographic locations and formulate the strategy for the team Analyze success and failures in tendering including deducing price differentiators between quoted & L1 Actively coordinate with country heads, project heads and clients/consultants to win new and repeat order Monitor the performance the subordinates, assist them to perform better and develop them to shoulder higher responsibility Support various HR initiatives for training, career progression, culture building etcCandidate Profile: Engineers with 13-20 Years relevant experience. Will be expected to work in cross-functional teams and interact with Design, Engineering, Country Heads, Project Heads, Clients, Consultants, Vendors. Must have delivery & cost focus.
