Job Description
Implement the Preventive Maintenance schedule & its SOP’s ( English & Gujarati)
Executes Preventive Maintenance activity of Plant & Utility machines as per schedule and SOP.
Maintenance/Trouble Shooting of Boilers, Chilling Plant, R.O.Plant, Cooling Towers.
Maintenance/Trouble Shooting of Purified Water Plant, Pure Steam Generator, WFI Generation (Multicolumn Distillation) Plant.
Maintenance of plant machines like Autoclave, DHS, Cold Rooms, Filling Machine, Labeling M/C, Washing & Tunnel, and Lyophilizer etc.
Plan & Executes the preventive Maint. of AHUs as per the schedule and SOP.
Maintenance/Trouble Shooting of HVAC Plant.
Maintenance/Trouble Shooting of Centrifugal pumps, Reciprocating pumps, Gear pumps.
Maintenance of Oil-Ring Vacuum pump, Water Ring-Vacuum Pump.
Documentation work related to GMP like SOP preparation, Preventive Maintenance Planner, Preventive maintenance records, Preparation of Validation protocol
Done the FAT/IQ/OQ of equipments. Also faced many International & Domestic GMP audits.
Erection/Commissioning work of new machineries.
Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance & M.M. Module.
Done the project of Purified Water Generation System including qualification activity.
