? Graduate/ MBA / Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma holder in HR or Marketing , having a minimum of 4 yrs of experience of working in diverse industries in the Business Development / Marketing / Placement of students or Public Relations function. ? Candidate having above experience in reputed skills training / educational institutes will be given preference. S/he should have worked in a dynamic and result oriented environment, must have experience in handling business relationships with Large Corporate.     Brief about the Position :   This position will play a very vital role in driving the Placement Process for all Skill Development Programmes for all successful trainees in all the sectors at Pan India level. Candidate will be assisting the Head – Placement to achieve all India placement targets, S/He will design and implement innovative and creative placement techniques , in line with the business objectives of the Company. Candidate should have ability to nurture and grow relationships with the industries with long term vision. Candidate may be required to frequently travel with in India and locally also.   Key Job Responsibilities : Candidate would be responsible for the following activities to assist the National Placement Head to handle placement activities : ? To charter and implement effective placement techniques , in line with the business objectives of the Company, to ensure having a contract of placements i.e. MoU ( Memorandum of Understanding) with all leading companies in each business Sector. ( apparel/ leather / engineering/ service/ auto/ hotels/ tourism/ animation and multimedia etc ) , ? Establish strong relationship and networking with the HR and other relevant sources of the industries / placement partners for : ? Overall market mapping at the national level to gauge the on-going and future demand of skills requirement in the industry , and identifying and partnering with the prospective employers for placements of trainees . ? He should be willing to travel frequently to meet prospective clients , he would be giving the presentations to the clients about our Company and Courses offered ( Candidate should be very smart, with excellent communication skills ) ? Giving timely and regular feedback to the Head – Placement about the industry preferences / demands about the course content , and suggesting improvements to ensure that the training program contents are relevant to the market needs. ? Recommending the inclusion of new Skills Development Programmes as per the study of requirement of the industries , to meet the demand of current employment options. ? Assessing employer’s satisfaction with respect to performance of the placed trainees, understanding issues of attrition, absenteeism etc , so as to give the suggestions to the Head – Placement for the improvements . ? \r\n \r\n IL&FS Education and Technology Services Limited (IETS) ( www.ilfsets.com) in partnership with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has incorporated a joint venture company called IL&FS Skills Development Corporation Limited [ISDC] as part of its large scale program for Skill development in India. The joint venture company will set up 100 Multi Skill Schools across India. The Skills Schools will be set up in three kinds of locations: Industrial Clusters (Skilled Labour Demand Areas), Areas adjacent to Clusters (Skilled Labour Demand Areas) and Areas with no Cluster linkages (Labour Supply Areas). \r\nThe IL&FS ETS Multi Skill School would offer three kinds of skills training. They are, specialized industry trades that would be specific to the industry cluster where the Multi Skill School would be based, general engineering trades and service trades. The viability of the Multi Skill School depends on the mix of courses it offers for operators (low value high volume), supervisors (higher values, lower volumes) and managers (highest value, lowest volume). The Multi Skill School would train around 2800 candidates every year of which around approximately 2000 would be at operators’ level.\r\n
