? Managing Key Accounts.
? Aggressively achieving the sales target.
? Continuous follow up with the customers.
? Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements
? Answering Inquiries.
? Extend market Support to sales teams to build sales volumes and meet sales targets,
? Development of proposals, agreements and pitches for clients.
? Sales and Marketing business performance reporting.
? Establish and maintain marketing database and inventory control of marketing information
? Support business development opportunities with preparatory research & follow-up.
? Prospecting / Research / Lead generation
? Invoicing & following up for payments / collection etc with the clients.
? Interaction / co-ordination with other departments for the flow of information required by the marketing department.
? Maintaining a database of proposals and also relevant market data
? Preparing vouchers and bills for senior members of the Sales & Marketing Team
? Organizing conferences between clients and concerned employees, if needed for any clarification.
? Should be able to handle work pressure and travel.
? Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
