 Job Description
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITY ? The TSE is a front line sales executive whose primary job responsibility is to go to the market and generate sales for the company keeping in line with all compliance to the sales processes set. ? TSE is responsible for supporting all sales initiatives within the scope of assigned region/territory to ensure SALES standards are met & sales volume is increased. ? TSE should focus equally on sales, after sales follow-ups and most importantly constant outstanding follow-ups. ? TSE as a frontline is the key representative who penetrates the market, interfaces with the customer, enables a sustained sales process to secure the order through an efficient sales process and techniques. ? TSE as a member of a key sales member offering customers the highest possible level of customer service and subsequently contributing towards increased sales and differentiating the company from competitors. ? TSE will be handling customer queries, maintaining and constantly upgrading the customer database keeping the branch head in loop. The generation & conversion of sales leads in keeping in line with company rules & regulations. At the end of each month, TSE should be able to produce sales figure achievement. DETAILED AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES • Plan the week’s field work and route plan include weekly update/revision of the Petal Chart; to be submitted for inspection to reporting manager • Plan the daily work graph. Ensure to submit detailed and accurate DSR without any backlog from week to week • Reporting non compliance causes and reasons for failure on a weekly basis • Make the Monthly Sales Report and submit to reporting manager before the 5th of each month • Have a weekly schedule of telemarketing calls/appointment to be made with the previous weeks compliance report; to be submitted for inspection to reporting manager • Have an up-to-date Sales Kit • Prepare and write a Call Planning sheet every working day; to be submitted for inspection to reporting manager • Make daily Route Plan and maintain personal diary; to be submitted for inspection to reporting manager • Gather sales leads from personal/social/family network • Record and forward to Reporting Manager the customer feedback on product weakness/deficiency • Make optimum number of Relationship building calls to past customers and seek referrals • Forward referrals relating to other regions/location (Cross Referrals) through Reporting Manager • Follow-up on billing & credit collection especially on overdue payments • Follow up on claims and complaints with the respective department • Effective participation in the Weekly/Periodic group meetings • Effective participation in on-the-job coaching/class room training/self learning centre • Liaison for the proper and timely delivery of goods to Customers site. • Maintaining a clean database of all clients contacted for future prospects & to be shared when ever required with the team or Branch Head. • Understand from line manager the sales target/ monthly forecast of the branch & expectation from the branch manager. • Follow up on service related orders/ complaints & revert back to concerned customer with solutions. • Seeks to get training frequently on new product from line manager. • Have in-depth knowledge of the product line, the price ranges and particular specifications relating to the product, the same will be given to him/her upon joining during an aggressive one-month training program. • Have intimate knowledge of the customers needs and be able to help the client always. • Clear communication, both written and in speech. • Be willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer. • Maintain discipline / Company code of conduct at all point of time to keep up with the image of the company.
