· Should be MBA (HR) Graduates· Strong experience with Internet Searching & Internet Research.· Excellent Communication in English is Must.· Assist the Training Manager in identifying & addressing training needs, policies & procedures.· Conduct orientation for new joinees.· Assist in preparing a training budget & training calendar· Ensure appropriate training is being delivered to the business, overseeing that all information is up to date and accurate.· Support Training Manager to develop training courses in line with business needs.· Initiatives and taking responsible in management of training· Assist in Organizing Competency & Qualification mapping of all employees
