A Skilled Housekeeping Supervisor who can take care entire responsibilities mentioned in job description
Job Description
1) Checking of the floors and public area as per duty allocated and maintain the records (check list)
2) Check all the rooms for cleanliness and maintenance.
3) Training of new boys as per schedule.
4) Inspection and testing of incoming goods.
5) As per the schedule extra cleaning to be carried out over the weekend
6) To check and maintain the equipment maintained by the department and record it.
7) Coordination for misc. services provided by housekeeping.
8) To raise the job order and forward it to the concerned department.
9) To coordinate work with other vendors like pest control, door closure, hand drier, carpet shampoo and carpentry work etc.
10) Recording of work carried out and pending jobs and maintenance in the logbooks.
11) Sorting of garbage and disposing it in the correct way
12) Allocate the duties of the staff and maintain a record
13) Check turn out of the staff and maintain a record
14) Check all the toilets for cleanliness and hygiene.
15) To check grooming
16) To check attendance
