JOB DESCRIPTION Operation and Maintenance of HT & LT panels.
. Operation and Maintenance of Ring Main Units.
. Operation and Maintenance of 1010 KVA X 2 Generator sets
. Operation and Maintenance of Transformers.
. Operation & maintenance of Air cooled & water cooled chillers, Air handling units [AHU], Heat Recovery Units, Voltage frequency drives [VFD}etc.
. Maintenance of Distribution Panel, indoor lighting and outdoor lightings.
. Operation and Maintenance of fire alarm panels P. A system.
Secondary Responsibilities:
. Diesel Generators, General House keeping & up keeping area, Stores inventory and administration activities.
. Ensure Duty Technicians adhere to 9 Hrs Shift Pattern as per their shift schedule and proper handing over / Taking over takes place without fail.
. PMs Schedule Promulgation & Work permits issuing including Weekly basis as
. Per 52 week PPM Chart, Closing of Work permits on weekly basis.
. Action Items Tracker Monitoring & Weekly Updating to PM for further submission.
. Documentation, Check-lists & Proc?dures impl?mentation etc.
. Ensure that, Tools Management & Inventory Management are efficiently handled as per
SOP.
. Maintain proper Attendance, Leave & Comp off records for the Maintenance team.
. Prepare Shift Roster for entire Maintenance team and promulgate with the approval of
PM, by last week of every month for following month.
. Energy conservation & Utilities Management.
. Tools Management and monthly audit, for all tools & tool kits held under APM / PM
? Handling Vendor development, Sub contracting, planning and Inventory control. ? Co-ordinate with the OEMs for service obligations as per the annual maintenance. ? Maintaining and Monitoring of all Electro-Mechanical aspects of the company and improvements of building system. ? Maintaining record as per ISO standard pertaining to site. ? Maintaining and preparing preventive maintenance schedule and Daily check lists. ? Maintaining and monitoring soft services, to ensure clean and Hygienic environment. ? Maintaining & prepared the Weekly & Monthly Reports ? Scheduled the Activities for the technical team Conducted the training classes for every week ? A.C Generators, UPS systems, Chillers, Air Handling Units, VCB, ? ACB, SFU, SF6 Ringmaster unit, Building Management systems, ? Various log books of EB power & DG sets and Machine History. ? Handling and Operation of BMS (Building Management System). ? Maintenance of PDU, which feed power to Data center. ? Handling of RTCC, ATS and Harmonic, HT & LT, and DG panels. ? Fire Control System, such as fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, sprinklers and fire hydrants. Candidate should be from IT Company background
