This is a key position in the company. The incumbent should have 15 years+ experience, preferably be between 35 to 50 years, and must have worked in a shipping company / logistics company of the turnover of not less than 100 crores. The position requires travel to branches pan India. The person should have managed a large team of senior people and should be in a position to extract KRAs from the team. Must be able to Act as catalyst for buiseness growth. Able to bring new Product & New Concept & New client in the company. The person should be a self starter with a mature personality and must have been experienced to manage a large business team at national level. Minimum graduate, preferably an MBA drawing not less than one lac per month. Must have worked in a similar senior position in a related industry.

Supervises: Business Heads of 3PL Transportation Credit Control International Operations Vendor Acquisition Customer Support & Operations support or other businesses as may be decided by the CEO from time to time Plan, present, and implement formation of 3 business verticals viz. 1) 3PL; 2) Transportation(FTL,Parcel,ODC) 3) International division.
Make, review, control, improve and manage business operations of the company Maintain and improve credit control over each business vertical, thereby minimising exposure risk on the client Introduce and implemenet innovative concepts and strategies for Business, Sales, Marketing, and customers. Make, Enhance, Monitor, Implement and report on level of customer satisfaction and support Plan, Present and Achieve departmental budget yielding a positive impact on Company's bottom line in line with the goals of the Company Plan, present and implement a vendor acquisition strategy in lines with the policies of the company. Drive the business enhancing the value for all key stake holders : Shareholders; Employees; Customers; and Vendors
