Job purpose
Support all facets of the Sales Organization, focusing on operational management, forecasting, sales tools and business analysis. In this role, you will partner with sales leaders to ensure that quota, sales performance and operational goals are met. Main duties •Operational Management
-Work with the Country Manager, Sales Leaders and Sales Representatives to support the day to day operational management of the sales force, enabling sales to spend more time facing customers.
-Work cross-functionally with Finance, Order Management, Logistics, Legal, Commissions, Marketing, HR, Sales Operations, Services, etc at a Country, Asia Pacific and World wide level to ensure smooth operation of the business and consistent achievement of operational and financial goals and deadlines
-Ensure sales quotas and sales performance objectives are met by driving best practices in CRM and Sales tools adoption, implementation and usage with the Sales Leaders and Sales Representatives. -Sales Tools
-Drive the management, development and adoption of sales tools within the region
-Manage the data integrity and consistency within the systems -Salesforce.com CRM system

-Marketing Automation system
-Enhance and develop the reporting and analysis from the tools
