 Job Description
Dealer Identification, Appointment & Development – Auto OEM   • The desired candidate should study the market, evaluate new network prospects and prepare necessary reports for assisting in appointing new dealer. • To identifying prospective clients, mapping their requirements and designing of proposals for new dealers to be appointed. • Coordinate for the completion of entire paper work needed before starting of a dealership. Also ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all dealer related activities. Monitoring complete cycle of infrastructure development from Letter of Intent (LOI) to COB stage. • Post finalization of the prospect, shouldering the end to end responsibility of execution of the project and create an efficient and financially secure Sales channel on a regional scale which consists of Dealers who fit well with organization norms, processes and values. • The candidate must manage network expansion by providing quality inputs to channel partners & focus on customer satisfaction. • Co – ordination with all dealers during developmental stage. Ability to take care of statutory compliances and norms. • Focusing on Competition Network Intelligence. • Ability to assess the commercial viability of new projects at dealerships. • Plan, coordinate and monitor customer contact programs with respect to targets and the effectiveness of the same. • Manage all data concerning dealership entity. Analyze the same and provide feedback to Regions as well as Headquarters. • Participation in Marketing Services Initiatives of the company. Implement Balanced Score Card based Performance Management System at Dealerships to monitor region wise performance Service Marketing and Training initiatives in the region. • Identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing sales plans to build consumer preferences.   • Evaluating performance & monitor dealer sales and marketing activities.
