Job Description
Create and guarentee short and long-term production targets with work method in business teams (producer with management function) Development partner for IE and PE Make decision for budget parameters and set operative plant budget targets. Grant suggestions for budgets of reporting departments Daily supervision and alignment of production with given production plan and if required introduction of cerrective measures Continuous supervision and analysis of effectiveness, cost situation and quality results of production processes and techniques including machines. Introduce and ensure improved production methods and technologies. Ensure the product quality according to customer requirements. If required introduce new quality methods in collaboration with quality assurance Guide the departments through periods with seasonal effects and as a result analyse and document potentials for improvement. Set and communicate the deduced steps for improvement Initiate capital request within the adjusted budget limits Collaborate and support a harmonic work climate Create and develop an efficient organization regarding structure, procedures, methods and size. Consult on, develop and motivate the reporting employees to achieve maximum performance Ensure adherance to job safety and environment conservation regulations. Motivate the employees towards these points Lead the project: Implementation of the radial tire production (CVT, PLT); manage the interfaces to headquarter functions Job/Plant Location: 80 KMs away from Delhi
