• To Co-ordinate with Sales Managers for rolling sales forecast, study the past sales trend, convert forecast into order at regular intervals
• Manage customer orders and enquires.
• Liaising with the Finance for covering the payment for orders including LCs.
• Following up with supply locations for shipment.
• Resolve all issues (production & commercial) in order to improve customer service.
• Monitoring the movement of goods till receipt of the same at destinations.
• Working with our warehouses to ensure that materials received at the warehouse are reported properly in inventory system.
• Monitoring of invoicing for sales made and ensure the same are properly reported in the system.
• Handle all customer complaints.
