Desired Candidate Profile Requirements: Will be responsible for managing sales at identified key accounts within a region, clearly focused on delivering top class value added service to the customers.
Will be responsible for building excellent relationships with the customers being handled, and ensure their expectations are surpassed by maintaining a high standard of interaction with them, and ensuring consistency in deliverance.
Should have handled big accounts independently, and successfully
Responsibilities & Key accountabilities:
- Will be responsible for handling regional customers independently.
Ability to work independently, taking the initiative in contacting customers and co-workers
Will be responsible for managing sales at identified key accounts within a region, clearly focused on delivering top class value added service to the customers.
Will be responsible for building excellent relationships with the customers being handled, and ensure their expectations are surpassed by maintaining a high standard of interaction with them and ensuring consistency in deliverance. Responsibilities Candidate must be knowledgeable in various design aspects/challenges in lighting system designs - including electrical, electronics, optics, thermal designs
Able to understand system solutions at component-level, understand and discuss design schematics with customers
Basic knowledge in MCUs, Analog, Power products
Thorough understanding of various issues related to lighting product designs and ability to advise customers on various design considerations
Should be willing to travel extensively and at short notices
Should be able to converse fluently in English and Hindi
Candidate must have good inter-personal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Candidate should have good business acumen and ability to multi-task Skills and Knowledge: Should be well versed in basic selling skills, and have the ability to think strategically and prioritize.
Experience in the Component Distribution Industry is preferred. Team: Should be self-motivated, with excellent communication skills, and a team player.
Would be part of a Regional Sales Team.
