Job Description
Recruitment of Security Guards/Manpower/Training
• To ensure the safety and security of customers, customer belongings, employees as well as the Company premises.
• To develop, standardize and implement security systems and procedures for the entire site of Company
• To ensure the safety and security of all customers and their belongings of the site of company.
• To ensure the maintenance of the fire safety system in the site through regular inspection and check-ups
• To train all employees in fire safety in co-ordination with the support service manager and Human Resources manager
• To ensure a proper system for the issue and deposit of office keys. Also to ensure the implementation of such a system,
• To conduct regular drills for handling of emergency situations,
• To brief supervisors and guards on a daily basis and also pay surprise visit to ensure they are vigil,
• To ensure that departments or areas which require to be opened in emergencies, outside the regular timings are opened in the presence of a security guard.
• To liaise with the Support Facility Manager & HR Manager, regarding the maintenance of attendance and statutory of contract employees.
• To ensure that the entry and exit of all visitors through the employee entrance is recorded and that each visitor is issued a valid identity card,
• To initiate strict security measures for high profile Customer such as government dignitaries or celebrity customers,
• To personally supervise any all emergency situations with a clearly defined action plan,
• To assist other departments if required when a customer who is behaving inappropriately or who has a proven criminal record,
• To carry out enquiries in cases of theft, as per the prescribed procedures.
In addition to the above mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignment given on an occasional basis or daily basis by the immediate superior or the management.
