Job Description
**** Please apply to this position only if you have managed Inside sales executives in your previous role and having exposure in semiconductor / embedded software domain******* The TSR Manager will be responsible for the sales through the team of Technical Sales Representatives. The team operates via telephone and email and contributes to over 30% of the total India revenue of our client. The TSR manager would need to
• Recruit, train and nurture the team of Technical Sales Representatives
• Work closely with the marketing department to promote new releases, conduct campaigns nationwide and ensure good pipeline of quality leads
• Coordinate with all departments (Field Sales, Operations, Application Engineering and Marketing) to ensure smooth sales process.
