Treasury & Wealth Management : Company Valuations & feasibility analysis of various potential investors / investments Guide organization on decisions in areas of capital structure, financing mix, financial leverage in order to maximize overall value of the corporation Undertake corporate financial planning exercise and prepare annual financial budgets for the organization Provide strategic financial direction to various departments to achieve business targets Ensuring optimum rate of return on Investment and best rates of credits Working Capital Management Preparation & Submission of Fund flow statement Undertake corporate financial planning exercise and prepare annual financial budgets for the organization Cash Flow Management: Ensure proper allocation of funds Closely monitor cash flows and take necessary steps to ensure continuous availability of working capital Debtor and Credit Control Ensuring timely preparation of Cash flow statements Book Keeping & Accountancy Direct the development, maintenance and implementation of all accounting policies & procedures in compliance with accounting standards Timely submissions of Annual and Bi-Annual Financial statements like Balance Sheets, P/L Statement for each business vertical Ensuring Accuracy in Books of Accounts Ensuring Timely entries in Books of Accounts Audit, Statutory Compliances & Taxation Coordinate and follow up on statutory compliances including service tax, corporate tax etc. and ensure that the returns are filed on time. Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times. Ensure timely internal audits.
