Job Description
Manage HR Team to meet Diivisions and HR Objective and Goals
Develop & Maintain effective policies to meet business objectives and complaince with local law
Laise with department managers on Manpower Planning abd Control, Profvice professional advice to tackle challending HR related issues
Develop and Maintain system and quality services under responsibility such as Canteen, Trasnport, Clinic, Security , Foreign Services
Develop and Maintain relations with Government and Labour Deepartment & Union
Ensure complaince with India Employment and labour legislation
Manage Industrial Relations in the plant and ensure successful negotiation for collective bargaining ( Wage Agreements)
Develop effective Recrtuiment and Retention Strategies
Develop Training policies and strategy for best utilizing the training resources
Handle the entire gamut of HR for the Plant , Design Center & IT KPOs
