Relevant Experience of 6-8 years in Residential/Investment Products is a must.
Proven Track record with a reputed Residential developer/Brokerage house is desirable.
Should be heading a team of at least 3-5 sales people.
Knowledge of CRM and proficiency in MS Office including Power-point is a must.
Knowledge relating to Land, tax, repatriation rules etc.
Excellent Written and Oral communication skills.
MBA graduates are preferred.
Location Bangalore.
Multicity Investor Exposure is desirable.

This role reports into the Director – Sales.
Product understanding and devising the strategy and segment to sell Broker, Channel Partner Management.
Driving Sales Nos.
Assistance to Database team.
Tapping Wealth Management Channels.
Worksite campaigns.
Lead generation Vs pipeline.
Investment stock Selling.
Cooperate with marketing and Corporate Communications on web site, e-promo content and campaign schedule, etc.
After Sales assistance.
Manpower planning, mapping and recommendation.
Work with assigned Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Targets.
Should be able to manage team of sales at a later stage.
Ensure quality & productivity of Team members.
Engage and participate in International road shows and Investors meet.
Good Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and making Presentations. Support and assist the Director – Sales for the sales and also support the marketing programs for the company master-brand and for individual project brands which eventually results in sales.
Reporting

Weekly
Track enquiry flow, lead assignment, response completion.
Coordination with Marketing Activities.
Create along with corporate communication, EMT, timely e-promos, decide target audience and implement the schedule.
Coordinate with overseas offices and India offices on client servicing and operational matters.
MIS update on all Won/Sold client, Pipeline, After Sales actions etc.

Monthly
Determine monthly target and map results.
Track important real estate developments in the city.
Review projects available and new projects – Competition mapping.
Submit monthly report covering operations, sales, Marketing needs, Campaign Status and giving competition information/developments in the city.
