Job Description |
|
? Responsible for all General Ledger.
? All the accounting transaction recorded through Joural Entries.
? Recording of all sales related transaction like Sales order, Gate Pass, Sales Invoice , Sales return, Receipt.
? Purchase entries in tally.
? Processing of Credit Note & Debit Note by checking all the Supporting Documents along with the approval.
? Reporting Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable status as per Age wise to Management.
? Responsible for all payroll entries like Salary , PF, ESI , TDS .
? Making the Employee related payments and Contract Labour salary and Overtime by checking all the supporting documents along with the approval of the management.
? Making Payments for both Foreign & Local Supplier on the due date.
? Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement thru system updating fund position to the Finance Manager.
? Petty Cash Maintenance.
? Ledger account scrutiny of all Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Intercompany Transaction.
? Assisting external auditors by preparing financial statement schedules.
? Updating Fixed assets register as per supporting documents duly approved by management and Capitalize in the books as per installation certificate.
? Making TDS Payment and Follow up with the consultant for the Filing.
? Arranging data for Sales Tax Filling and follow up with consultant.
? Responsible of Month closing like provision, prepaid, AR reserve, Depreciation, IC balance confirmation, AR balance confirmation.
? Coordinating stock verification, reconciliation at regular interval and helping to prepare Stock grading on monthly base.
? MIS report for Management Review like Dept Wise expenses break up, Sales price variance, Exchange fluctuation etc.
