Job Description
Purpose of the Role
The Job requires primarily ensuring timely delivery of the structured Management Information reports and other MI deliverables for Consumer Distribution in UK Retail. The role of Management Information is also conceptualized to monitor information inputs, analyze the data and identify areas of concern.
Responsibilities
Key Deliverables & Accountabilities:
? Responsible for delivery of the structured Management Information Reports (Primary & Secondary) for assigned Business within assigned timelines, while ensuring accuracy and quality.
? Adding value to Decision Support & Management Information systems within the respective business by providing Management Information Reports as per business requirements.
? Independently interact with UK Business partners to understand business need and translate the same to technical MI specifications.
? To be flexible for delivery of any ad-hoc reports / analysis request that may be created as per Business requirements in a timely and well-represented manner.
? To be flexible in adapting structural / reporting change requirements that emanate from time to time.
? Production and analysis of the results to provide quality management reporting, thus enabling senior management to make informed decisions.
? Proactive involvement in quality enhancement of all deliverables. Perform data monitoring, sourcing and analysis activities.
? Engaging with UK team for review, understanding of additional requirement and replying to any queries related to the MI reports/deliverables. Ensure resolution of MI related issues within agreed timeframes.
? Develop business and technical knowledge of team members and identify opportunities for improvement.
? Ensuring optimization through use of automation in generating standardized decks. Apply technical knowledge to reduce manual intervention and automate the routine reports
