POSITION : GENERAL MANAGER – FURNITURE DIVISION Qualification : Degree / Management Degree preferred Experience : 15 – 20 years of experience in the Furniture industry is preferred Job role : The candidate will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating commercial operations, developing strategies, formulating policies managing sales operations and implementing plans. Managing staff and achieving targets. Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business information. Assists in planning budget for company, conduct interviews and hire new staff. Develops and implements strategies to grow the organization’s business and market share. The candidate should have enough experience in furniture’s import. Should have leadership quality, be business oriented with solid management background, excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal and analytical skills and the ability to think strategically. Salary : OR.1200 – OR.1700/- Other Benefits : Family Furnished Accommodation + Car + all expat benefits Age : 40 – 50 years Preferably an ARAB National
