Role: This position will provide tactical and strategic Human Resource (HR) generalist oversight for all sourcing teams of India businesses. Position will also assist India Supplychain HR Leader for managing the OMLP program and other Supplychain Organization initiatives. Responsibilities: • Providing leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including: salaried and non-salaried employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement and organizational design/change and recruiting and selection • Leading and leveraging HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Salary Planning/Reward Management, Succession Planning and Talent Management), • Partnering with client leadership to plan and execute strategies that ensure maximum engagement of human resource capital while actively managing headcount targets and assisting in budget management • Partnering with country and global HR managers to implement strategies and drive HR initiatives that contribute to the development of HR strategies and facilitate implementation of the business “people agenda” • Ensuring a dynamic pipeline of talent through rigorous performance management, e.g., leadership assessments, coaching and development of employees, candid and timely performance feedback • Recruiting, mentoring, coaching & training direct (if applicable) and indirect reports on activities within areas of responsibility • Implementing HR strategies and management of HR processes as applicable • Proactively managing HR systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data
