Plans, directs, and coordinates the Finance & Accounts Function at Plant Level and also taking care about all In-direct Tax requirements & Direct Tax requirement by performing the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Establishes Accounting goals, in line with HO F&A Policy & direction, to ensure timely, accurate & appropriate management reports, Finalization of accounts & its Financials including capitalization & all banking & investment transactions & All Tax compliance. Develops and executes plans and programs, both short and long range, in line with HO F&A Monitors variances with budget etc. so that variance to be reported to HO and timely action Communicates with all Tax departments and keep good liasoning with them. Timely coordinate with internal & external auditors, Tax Audits (Govt departments) etc. in best interest of the company. Ensure all costing & budgetary controls to achieve its objectives and within designated budgets. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages subordinate & supervisors under him. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of his Team.
