Job Description |
|
Job Description: Responsible for the sales growth of the assigned region via direct sales operations.
Establish and maintain relations with key customer accounts, builders, architects & interior designers.
Prepare sales plan and exceed sales targets.
Coordinate with customer service teams to meet key account requirements.
Work with global sales team to leverage international specifications & key accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by generating new specifications with leading architects & developers.
Supervise a team of key account managers, when required. (No man management now – the team to develop as business progresses, in initial days hands on working is required to grow the business).
Meet or exceed sales targets. Competencies: • Initiative & persuasion skills: Being a start up business in India a lot of follow up and concept selling will be required in initial stages. Candidate should have ample maturity to handle rejections and long follow ups.
