 Job Description
Will be responsible for glass container sales and product development to certain sectors of industry like pharma, liquor,food etc. Will be responsible for top line , top line growth, collections, discounts etc.   Efficient and profitable sale of Division’s products catering to food, pharma, liquor and soft drink industries. Support PPC in optimum utilization of machinery through the right product mix ensuring high levels of contribution. Establish relationships with decision makers of customers spread across various locations. Accountable for P&L, cash flow management. Establish a good coordination with regional sales offices for high levels of customer service. Oversee the work of managers in HO and the regions. Monitoring receivables collection from the market of Key Customers and Dealers etc. Responsible for generating business growth and achieving higher market share for product throughout the country. Enhance business from existing accounts and generate business from new accounts to achieve revenue targets. Collecting and analysing market information for understanding competition trends and customer preferences for fine tuning selling strategies.
