Job Description |

Strategy Implementation
Design and implement HR strategies for the company in alignment with the Corporate HR strategies
Manpower Planning
Forecast and budget Manpower requirements at the beginning of the financial year and ensure rationalization and optimal usage of manpower
Attraction and Retention
Identify various channels of recruitment to attract and retain best of talent, induct new hires, solicit employee feedback in order to attract and retain best of talent
Performance Management
Facilitate goal setting process with all HODs by clarifying the linkages between individual goals, unit goals and organizational goals
Training & Development
Implement a Training plan to support the business requirements of the group companies. Evaluate effectiveness of training, decide and control budgets
Payroll Administration
Ensure efficient and timely salary disbursements of employees
Talent Management
Identify and retain talent by identifying suitable career paths and compensating them accordingly so that they are motivated and they continue to add value to the company
Employee Engagement
Undertake various Employee Engagement activities as planned to improve the engagement levels of the employees
Employee Relations
Manage IR relationship in the unit and ensure that a congenial and prolific relationship is maintained with the Union
Public Relation & Liasioning
Liasioning with External Agencies to fulfill Statutory requirements and maintain networks with the concerned authorities Statutory Compliance
Create a culture of continuous improvement in the company by supporting the Six Sigma projects undertaken by the company
People Management
Select, guide, develop, motivate and appraise direct reportees and allocate responsibilities in order to build an effective and motivated HR team Continuous Improvement Process
Ensure cost control measures to control costs and support the Six Sigma project undertaken in the unit
CSR Activities
Support all CSR activities undertaken in the unit
