Desired Candidate Profile
Applicants should preferably be graduates in any dicipline aged below 27 years with 1 to 4 years experience in retail sales / customer service / relationship management / call centers / BPO\'s / client servicing with high profile customers in any service industry. Retail sales experience in branded high profile luxury brand boutiques is preferred. A pleasant disposition, good communication skills and high enthusiasm levels are important job attributes for these positions plus a valid passport.
Job Description
The selected candidates would be placed at any of the group\'s highly visible mnc luxury brands showrooms for watches, eye wear products, writing instruments and other luxury product accesories across the UAE. They would be responsible for greeting and welcoming high profile customers, understanding their requirements and preferences, providing them insights into the brands features and current fashions and trends and ensuring an adequate choice for a buying decision by a satisfied customer. Effective brand stock inventory, product merchandising, high quality customer service, relationship management with key customers and achievement of the targeted objectives are some important job attributes.
