• Formulation of Company Policy and Implementation
• Recruitment and Selection
• Identification of Training needs and Co-ordinate to arrange the Training Programmes,
• Evaluation of training, Monitor the impact of training,
• Implementing job Evaluation, Job Rotation, Job Enrichment methods,
• Manpower Succession and Career planning,
• Budgeting,
• Periodical Performance Appraisals,
• Employee compensation and rewards.
• Employee motivation and monitoring the impact of Motivation,
• Imparting the Training on behavioral aspects which can avert the Strikes. Successfully handled change management, cultural change situations.
• Employee retention and career planning
• Expert at OD interventions and all aspects human behaviour and development, well aware of TPM TQM Methodologies,
• Good at Time motion studies and analysis Industrial Relations:-
• Settling the labour problems,
• Negotiating with Unions,
• Handling Conciliation Procedures,
• Conducting the Domestic as well as External Enquiries,
• Handling the cases right from Show Cause Notice and Building up of Cases and removing the employee and then handle cases in all stages of Adjudication,
• Done 4 Agreements in 3 different States .
• Maintaining the Industrial Harmony ,
• .Introduced TPM methodologies,
• . Handling of Strikes, Lockouts as per the legal requirement
• Settling the Bonus issues of employees.
• Handling all Court Matters Related to labour, well versed in all aspects of IR, and able to handle men at any type of situation. Personnel and Administration:-
• Preparing of Salaries and Maintaining of Leave and Attendance Records.
• Handling of up dating the personal files.
• Handle the Tours and Travel Administration, Passport Visa ticket and overseas Insurance formalities.
• Liasioning with GOVT bodies, Handle MPCB, MSEB MIDC BMC MTNL or Revenue and all related govtal requirements
• Purchase and maintain the office stationary,
• Look after vehicles, Insurance and All formalities related to vehicle including periodical maintenance.
• Insurance Related to transit in cash, Accident, Fire Gratuity Insurance
• Housekeeping and maintaining of office equipments.
• Estate & property management, includes guest house and guest Management
• Handling AMCs, and entire gamut of administration.
• To handle and comply all returns under various Factories act and labour Act, Comply Factories Inspectorate and labour commissioner office requirements.
• Well versed in cost reduction and budgeting the admn expenses. Handle and comply ESIC and PF
• Handle and comply contract Labour Regulations
• Handling Managing Security
• Managing Canteen
