Job Description: • Creates annual operating plans that support strategic direction set by the board and correlate with annual operating budgets; submits annual plans to the board for approval • Build organizational capability in developing world class prefabricated structural products • Collaborates with the board to define and articulate the organization’s vision and to develop strategies for achieving that vision • Develops and monitors strategies for ensuring the long-term financial viability of the organization • Monitoring competitors activities new business plans and customers to develop strategies for fabrication business expansion. Monitoring & keeping up to date market intelligence, collect analyze and distribute relevant market development information to support existing businesses and development of new businesses. • Identifying key growth sectors in the region and evaluating new market potential business opportunities. Responsible for finalizing the contracts and industry networking. • Promotes a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages good performance, and rewards productivity • Hires & manages the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures ; • Oversees the operations of organization and manages its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements • Creates and maintains procedures for implementing plans approved by the board of directorsDesired Candidate Profile: • Expertise in identifying opportunities in fabrication business, business analysis and developing the execution strategy.
