 Job Description
Job Purpose The primary function is to process the initial work for financial document, to manage day to day customer queries, provide resolutions and service customers. Principle Responsibilities ? To process the initial work of the financial document before it is send to composition for data conversion. (The person will be trained on the respective applications/software required for the same.) ? To provide an inbound customer response service via the telephone, e-mail and chat mode. ? Ensuring client service level agreements are met on a job to job basis. ? Maintaining and collating accurate statistical data for weekly and monthly Management reports. ? Running end of day reports. ? Carrying out any other associated tasks deemed necessary by Management. Key Competencies • Articulate • Ability to grasp instructions quickly. • Confident • Basic Keyboard knowledge if not good in typing • Able to absorb and disseminate information clearly to others • Good telephone etiquette • Customer service experience would be an added advantage Key Skills and Abilities Essential ? The ability to work well under pressure, prioritize own workload and on their own initiative. ? Works flexibly in terms of time and place and has the ability to change working hours with notice to suit the needs of the business ? Exhibits positive behavior and attitude ?
