• Evaluate market potential, market size (segments)and understand customer needs to enhance business.
• Formulate strategy for Product- Packaging, Positioning and Promotion.
• Co-Ordinate with Production, Processing and Sales Coordination for product placement / supply chain management, complaints handling etc.
• Manage promotional expenses and inventory.
• Train / Coach &.Guide the team with regard to New & focused product/s.
• Give market feedback to R&D for new product development.
• Selection of New products, developed by R&D, with the support of Product Mangers & RBMs
• Represent the organization at various community and/or business meetings to promote the organization on global scale.
• Budget sales promotional expenses.
