Broad KRA : Corporate Sales : Responsible for the development and performance of sales & client activities in India. YOU WILL BE SELLING CONSULTING SERVICES TO THE FMCG SECTOR. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in South Asia region and contributes to the development of Company\'s brand in the region of responsibility. Detailed list of responsibilities : Assist in developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals (budgeted each year). a. Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. (& follow up on leads provided). b. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets & segments. c. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. d. Responsible for the performance and development of Client\'s accounts in India. e. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance & needs for the market. f. Maintain timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval. g. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports. h. Create and conduct presentations (New Business & Insight presentations). i. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. j. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. k. Recruits, tests, and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management (when applicable).
