Job Description Heading sales for a particular country or mix of few to maximize sales for Inbound operations Ability to handle multiple priorities, Understand and analyze the competitors market & put in place effective sales strategies As a specialist handle P&L role for large scale inbound operations. Good knowledge of destinations, agents & hotels is desirable to promote as true DMC Attain yearly, biannual and quarterly operational target at regional level Ensure high levels of customer service in all transactions Maintain checks and controls, as per internal / external process guidelines Query management, handling escalations. Post sales/operations query management for various countries. Supervising and optimizing travel operations for the assigned countries i.e. overseeing complete file handling and maintaining the profitability Effectively communicate with various stake holders i.e. Sales team, FTO, Contracting team, Internal customers and team etc. Competition mapping, Should manage and observe latest developments in the trade regarding new destinations and the rates and inform/Share with due stakeholders.
