CISCO, DLink, EMC2, Polycom or other similar products) - Voice, data & Video, Storage, Networking - LAN & WAN, Video Conferencing, Bandwidth Management tools, Data Security, Servers, & IT Infrastructure maintenance Man power out sourcing. • Should have excellent Product knowledge • Should have inclination on sales of Value added state of art products and Solutions • Should be good in sales of both Run Rate and Turn Key Project • Should be resultant oriented and have track record of achieving more than 1 Cr of a target business per Quarter (30 Lacs month on month). • Sound knowledge of new market trends, technology and constantly updated on emerging technologies in the entire bouquet of IT Infrastructure. • Should be able to create a team, derive the targets from team and train the team from time to time to address market trends and product for achieving targets. • Should be able to take full responsibility for team and individual sales performance • Should be able to derive a steady flow of business from existing Accounts & Customers. • Should be able to work across multiple market verticals (other than Government) for effective sales. • Excellent ability to learn new and upcoming networking and telecom products and train the team • Should be able to create concrete revenue & sales streams / projections accompanied by Sales Strategies and mitigations plans. • Should have a good knowledge on the entire sales life cycle and work flow. • Should have a strong and up to date knowledge in overall market competition in preview of OEM's, competitive products and competing system integrators / companies. • Customer contract negotiation and deal structuring experience • Excellent in presentation, negotiation skills, sales concepts, strategies, and life cycle. • Good complimenting technical and commercial aptitude; fluency in describing technology. • Should readily carry a good customer base in IT/ITES/Health care/Education and other verticals for immediate sales closures • Should be able to delivery set targets in Time and Effort model in a cost effective way. • Able to prepare comprehensive techno commercial proposals for the customer & follow-up Organizational and Soft Skills • Able to discuss product and techno commercial details with the customer. • Strong in spoken & written English, Good and pleasant personality. • Should have a vision to excel. • Should be able to align sales activities to organizational focus • Should be a team developer and excellent team manager • Should have high professional ethics, should be realistic and honest to the organization • Should be process oriented. • Willing to travel.
