Job Description
Acquiring Ticket Restaurant (TR) meal voucher business from Alternate Channels
Acquiring Ticket Compliment (TC) gift voucher business and following up for Ticket Compliment Gift voucher reorders from Alternate Channels
Mapping Espada MIS and making entry of calls made on a daily basis
Combing customer segment (Alternate Channels) assigned and being the custodian of assigned channel
Meeting the call average ratio on a daily basis
Generating revenues through sale of TR and TC
Guarding the portfolio of existing alternate channel partners signed during the year
Maintaining strong relationship with the alternate channel partners for Ticket Restaurant meal vouchers and Ticket Compliment Gift vouchers signed during the year and increase business
Generating new database of Alternate Channel Partners
Implementing marketing/sales initiatives as decided from time to time for the Alternate Sales Channel
Escalating information received on competition activity, visibility and initiatives
Market study in terms of competition mapping, market intelligence, market share and affiliate network strength/adequacy and visibility wrt penetration in alternate channels
Managing and training the team on how to sell to Alternate Channel Partners
Achieving targets for the channel
Working with Marketing & Products team to construct Alternate Channel Sales Strategy
