Job Description
To meet/exceed revenue targets (from lead generation to closure) within the corporate framework and driven by the values of our organization.
• Develop proposals (developing ramp-up plans), developing requisite services / solutions to convert
• prospects to clients and to ensure all commitments can be met and business is profitable
• Ensure professional associations are built with client key decision makers (strategic buyers / economic buyers as well as end users)and ensure a positive relationship with them
• Participate in account review processes to ensure company is regularly meeting and exceeding client expectations.
• Resolve/Appropriately channelize all escalated client’s issues this includes conflicts/dispute resolution (if any).
• Stay abreast of relevant market related information in order to identify right opportunities.
• Manage the operating budget and ensure revenue targets are met- monthly & annually
• Participate in developing a robust sales process
• Participate in developing the RFP process
• Identify and make contact with potential customers
• Lead negotiations, close new business deals and explore possibilities of up-selling / cross selling
• Respond to sales enquiries from existing and potential customers.
• Support sales through meeting, seminars, presentations to key decision makers - clients and prospects
• Also engage in pre-sales activities (as necessary.)
• Benchmark performance across the company/with clients/competitors (where ever applicable and possible) and take appropriate actions to ensure that the company is always competitive and moves towards gaining leadership position.
• Assist in marketing initiatives such as creating marketing collateral, participating in seminars, conferences, trade-shows, active membership in relevant associations etc.
• Effectively utilize CRM tools towards providing sales MIS to the management.
