Selection and appointment of channel partners for improvement of market reach.
Responsible for collection and effective control on receivables.
Continuous innovation in sales to overtake competition.
Closely worked with Key Accounts like Railways, private sector, utilities, stadiums and all major oil companies to incorporate our specifications.
Achieving preset targets on monthly and quarterly basis. Desired Characteristics:- Ideal candidate should be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a product organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
The knowledge of Lighting Industry, products, luminaries, developments in LED, design, application engineering, outdoor and indoor lighting is essential.
Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails.
Ability to lead by example and motivate people with a strong executive presence is desirable.
He/she must be prepared for extensive travel.
Knowledge of Local area will add to the advantage.
Good External Focus and patience in a difficult market will also help. The job entails meeting with architects, builders, Interior decorators, Contractors, consultants, interior décor/finished products retailers, end owners (corporates) and convincing them to recommend/ sell / apply our products and brands and building a long term relationship with them.
