We have an Urgent Requirment for Technical Pre- Sales with a leading IT Company . Job Location : Delhi Job Details :: Support the sales / marketing team in accomplishing the tasks and hence the sales targets by supporting them in technical aspects of the sales cycle. Duties: ? Accomplishes sales / marketing by providing the required pre-sales technical support in: ? Customer requirement gathering and documentation ? Answering the technical compliance related queries, analyzing the gaps, need for customization, analysis of feasibility of required customization, customization effort estimation. ? Architecting the solution, documentation, defining the solution USP. ? Product / solution presentation, demonstration and setting up PoC (Proof of Concepts) / PoT (Proof of Technology) ? Comparison with the competitive products / technology ? Assisting the development team in understanding the requirements and defining the scope / statement of work. ? Improves the product marketability by improving product packaging; coordinating new product development / integrating a suitable third party product / solution. ? Building customer case studies, knowledge base and maintains the data about specific customization done and their reusability. ? Protects the organization’s value by keeping the information confidential. ? Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed. ? The above job function involves extensive traveling across the region. Experience Req:: 5-7 yrs Skills: ? Understanding the Customer requirements ? Competitive Analysis and proper positioning ? Mapping requirements to technical compliance documents. ? Effective communication & presentation skills ? Coordination between both internal & external teams. Qualification: ? An engineering degree in IT / Computer Science with specialization in networks and networks related technologies. ? Must have working knowledge of designing the networks, monitoring & management of networks / IT infrastructure. Working knowledge of competitive products would be an added advantage. ? CCNA / CCNP certifications would be an added advantage ? Working knowledge with Microsoft Windows, Linux Operating systems and respective certifications would be an added advantage.
